In accordance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health, the Gallo Center for the Arts no longer requires COVID-19 vaccine verification or proof of a negative test prior to entry. Some exceptions may apply to events presented in the venue by other organizations.
Following the current guidelines, it is recommended that all persons entering the Gallo Center for the Arts wear masks, regardless of vaccination status. It is further recommended that masks remain on while in the facility. The only exceptions are when actively consuming food or beverages where permitted in the venue.

ABOUT TICKET REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
TICKET CHANGE REQUEST FORM
SHOW CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT: If the Gallo Center notifies you by phone or email that it is cancelling or postponing a performance due to COVID-related issues, and you have tickets to that performance, click the button above to initiate retaining your tickets, requesting an exchange or gift certificate, refunding the value of the tickets* or other options available to you. DAY PRIOR TO SHOW: If you or anyone in your party tests positive or is symptomatic, or is hesitant to attend, you can request an exchange or a refund for the value of the tickets* up to 6 pm on the business day before the event. Click the button above.
DAY OF SHOW: If you become hesitant to attend a performance, you may return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation to the Gallo Center. Click the button above. Refunds, exchanges or other ticket options are not available.
DAY AFTER SHOW: Refunds, exchanges or other ticket options are no longer available.
Please note that our Ticket Office business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday, and Noon – 6 pm on Saturdays.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT COVID VACCINATIONS & TESTING
According to CDPH, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose vaccine series OR two weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine that is currently authorized for use by the FDA and WHO.
The Gallo Center does not accept home tests as proof of a negative COVID result because they are not authenticated. We accept PCR and antigen tests, including rapid tests, from recognized test providers or laboratories that show the patient's name, type of test performed, date of test and negative test result. Acceptable proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test result are a printed document (from the test provider or laboratory) showing the test result OR an electronic test result (email, text message, or mobile application record) displayed on attendee's phone or mobile device.
We encourage anyone who is feeling unwell not to attend a performance.
HOW TO PUT YOUR VACCINATION RECORD ON YOUR CELL PHONE
If you would like to have your vaccine record on your cell phone for quick access when you come to the Center—or wherever else you may need it—just click here and follow the instructions provided. It's easy, fast and super convenient. Alternatively, you can provide a photo of your physical COVID Vaccination Card as an acceptable form of vaccination proof.
Joining other venues everywhere, the Gallo Center no longer distributes printed event programs for the performances it presents. They are available on the Gallo Center website, and via online links that are emailed to performance attendees. Access to digital programs via QR code also will be provided in the Gallo Center lobby during performances. The use of paperless programs by the Center's resident companies and other presenters using the Center's facilities is at their option, and are subject to the Center's policies designed to limit unnecessary person-to-person contact.
