Gallo Center Health & Safety Protocols

In accordance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health, the Gallo Center for the Arts no longer requires COVID-19 vaccine verification or proof of a negative test prior to entry. Some exceptions may apply to events presented in the venue by our Resident Companies and other organizations.

Following the current guidelines, it is recommended that all persons entering the Gallo Center for the Arts wear masks, regardless of vaccination status. It is further recommended that masks remain on while in the facility. The only exceptions are when actively consuming food or beverages where permitted in the venue.

ABOUT TICKET REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES*

DAY PRIOR TO SHOW / DAY OF SHOW: If you or anyone in your party tests positive, you can request an exchange or a Gift Certificate for the value of the tickets** up to the start of the event. Call the Ticket Office at (209) 338-2100 or email ticketing@galloarts.org.

DAY OF SHOW: If you cannot attend a performance, you may return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation to the Gallo Center. Refunds, exchanges or other ticket options are not available.

DAY AFTER SHOW: Refunds, exchanges or other ticket options are not available.

Please note that our Ticket Office business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday, and Noon – 6 pm on Saturdays.

*These guidelines apply to all Gallo Center Presents performances. For policies specific to Resident Companies, please contact the Ticket Office or the Resident Company.
