Change in Performance Patron Reply

If you have received an email notification that the Gallo Center is rescheduling or cancelling a performance, and you have tickets to that performance, please use this online form as an alternative to phoning us.

It will provide the Ticket Office with all the information they need to respond to you in an efficient way with ticket exchange, refund or other information based on your choices below. It also will prevent you from having to endure potentially long waits on hold if calling.

When you have completed this form and clicked the Submit button, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and the Ticket Office will begin processing your request as quickly as possible.

Please note that exchanges and refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through the ticket office of the Gallo Center for the Arts. The Gallo Center is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers. Also, the Gallo Center does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for rescheduled shows to persons or businesses we have identified as ticket scalpers or resellers.
