Gallo Center Ticket Wallet

Access and share your tickets, find your seats, and view upcoming events—all from your smartphone.

The Gallo Center for the Arts is pleased to introduce our new Ticket Wallet, an easy and secure way to keep your digital tickets handy on your smartphone. You can quickly access and share your tickets, check your seat locations, and view upcoming events all in one place. Your Ticket Wallet also uses a refreshing QR code for added security, giving you confidence that your tickets are valid and ready to use.

How to Access Your Digital Wallet

  • From your smartphone, log into wallet.galloarts.org with your Gallo Center email and password.
  • Once logged in, upcoming tickets will appear under “My Events.”
  • Tap on a performance to see your digital tickets. A refreshing QR code will activate your tickets 3 hours prior to the show.

Using Wallet FAQs:

No. To deter fraudulent ticket sales, our Ticket Wallet uses a refreshing QR code which frequently changes. Printouts of digital tickets, screenshots, or tickets without a QR code will not be accepted.

Yes. When you login to our Ticket Wallet from a mobile device, you will see either a button to Add to Apple Wallet (for iPhone users) or Add to Google Wallet (for Android users). Ensure Auto-Update is enabled.

Our refreshing QR code is delivered three (3) hours prior to showtime to deter fraudulent ticket sales.

Only tickets with a digital ticket delivery type are available in your Wallet. If your tickets are set to be picked up at the Tickey Office or for other delivery, they will not appear. You can see all upcoming event titles, dates/times, and venues when you login to My Account.

If you have a subscription: subscription package tickets must be seated by the box office and fully paid before they will display in your Ticket Wallet.

If you don’t have a smartphone, contact the Ticket Office at ticketing@galloarts.org or call 209.338.2100 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm; Sat, noon-6pm) and arrange to pick up your tickets at the Ticket Office before your show.

WiFi is not available in all areas of our venue. Please plan to use your cellular data. If you experience cell phone connectivity issues and are unable to retrieve your tickets stop by the Ticket Office before your show.

The Ticket Office opens two hours prior to all events.

Ticket exchanges are facilitated through our primary ticketing system, rather than our digital Wallet ticket delivery system. Please contact the Ticket Office to start an exchange at 209.338.2100 or ticketing@galloarts.org.

Most Apple and Google Wallet tickets load successfully, but for some patrons, the QR code does not display. This can be caused by a variety of factors, including user or device settings, limited or slow internet connectivity, background updating processes, or other issues.

If your show starts within three hours and your Apple or Google Wallet pass does not display a QR code: please login to our Ticket Wallet on your mobile phone or desktop, find the event and ticket, and click “Get ticket back.” You can then display the QR code in your Ticket Wallet on your phone for scanning and entrance.

Sharing Ticket FAQs

Sharing a digital ticket with your guests allows you to securely send tickets from your Ticket Wallet. If someone in your party is running late you can take your seat before they arrive.

1. Login to your GCA Ticket Wallet and select the event you want to share. Your shareable ticket count is displayed above the tickets.

2. Click SHARE.

3. Select which tickets you’d like to share.

4. Agree to the Terms of Use and click NEXT.

5. Enter your guest's full name and click CONFIRM.

6. Click COPY INVITE to copy your unique share link. The invitation link is automatically copied to your device’s clipboard. Paste the link into a text or email and send to your guest. If you need to start over, click cancel at the top right. The link expires at the time of the ticket being accepted or returned.

7.After you’ve shared your ticket, Click I'M DONE.

Your guest can now click the link, accept the tickets, and access their digital tickets within their GCA Ticket Wallet.

Digital tickets are only delivered through the Gallo Center's Ticket Wallet—a secure website. Each user needs a login to access their tickets, including those that have been shared. Shared tickets are not valid until they are accepted.

Once you have shared a digital ticket, you will see one of two statuses:

Ticket Shared with (Pending) Your Guest’s Name

  • Your friend has not accepted the tickets.
  • As the performance approaches, you should remind your guests to check their email or text and accept the tickets.
  • If your guest is unable to locate the link, you can select Share the invite again to copy the link to share again. If your guest is no longer able to attend, select Get this ticket back. Now you can share the ticket with someone else or use it yourself.

Ticket Accepted by Your Guest’s Name

  • Success! Your guest has claimed the ticket.
  • If your guest is no longer able to attend, select Get this ticket back. Now you can share the ticket with someone else or use it yourself.

If you can't share tickets to a particular show, please contact the Ticket Office at 209.338.2100 or ticketing@galloarts.org.

No, tickets that have been shared cannot be exchanged, donated, or returned by a ticket recipient. Please reach out to the original purchaser of the tickets to discuss your options. If you can no longer attend, select Return this ticket to sender to return the ticket to the original purchaser, so it can be shared again, exchanged, or donated.

If you cannot locate your tickets, you may ask the sender to resend the invitation. To do so, they will need to login to their wallet and click Share This Invite Again. If you don’t receive them, ask them to send them in a different format. Tickets can be sent by email and text. If you still cannot locate them and you believe you accepted them by creating an account, contact the Ticket Office before your show for assistance.

You cannot undo returning to sender or declining a ticket; you will need to ask the sender to share the invite with you again. To do so, they will need to login to their Wallet and click Share. The Gallo Center cannot share tickets on the original purchaser’s behalf without their authorization.
