If requesting two performances in one day, please note that performances run approximately 50 minutes and we require 45 minutes in between performances to allow for dismissal, resetting the stage, and seating for the next group. Here are some recommended performance times: 8:45am/10:30am, 9:00am/10:45am, 9:30am/11:15am, 2:00pm/3:45pm):

Photo/Video Release
The Gallo Center for the Arts may photograph and/or videotape matinees, touring performances and workshops for use in promotional, archival, or fundraising purposes. While general photography and/or video will be made non-individually identifiable, please indicate below if you and your students may be photographed and/or taped close-up at workshops and/or performances:

TERMS

A Purchase Order or 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time a booking is confirmed.
All bookings are final 60 days prior to the scheduled date. After that time, there are no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. If a school must cancel a booking after such date and does not reschedule they are responsible for the full payment.
Reservations and deposits can be transferred between booking dates within the same season pending availability.
Final payment (unless a Purchase Order was previously received) must be received 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to do so will result in the release of your booking and forfeiting of your deposit.
GCA on Tour requires at minimum 45 minutes of set up time prior to the first performance.
Teachers and site administrators are asked to attend the performance and oversee student behavior and class management during the performance.
For schools outside of a 40 mile radius from the Gallo Center for the Arts, additional travel fees may apply.
