Pianist and George Gershwin expert Richard Glazier both plays and explains fabulous movie music. The program includes songs from such movie musicals as “Auntie Mame,” “Kiss Me Kate,” and “My Fair Lady.” In between songs Glazier demonstrates how music impacts storytelling, and then closes with a signature piece, Gershwin’s compete solo piano version of “Rhapsody in Blue.”
