How Orders Are Processed

DONORS & RETURNING SERIES SUBSCRIBERS

Ticket orders by seat naming or founding donors to The Gallo Center for the Arts and returning series subscribers receive the highest priority and are assured of receiving the same seating as last season, whenever possible. All orders must be received prior to Saturday, July 18, 2009 to receive priority seating. Renewals received after Saturday, July 18, 2009 will be processed as new subscriptions. Although the Ticket Office will make every effort to meet requests for seat changes, payment does not guarantee that requests for changes can be accommodated.

NEW SERIES SUBSCRIBERS

Orders for new series subscriptions are processed in the order they are received after the Ticket Office fulfills orders from donors to the Center and returning series subscribers. New subscriptions must be received no later than Saturday, July 18, 2009. Although the Ticket Office will make every effort to meet your requests, payment does not guarantee that your series selection will be available. Subscription Series seats will be the same for each of the performances within a series.

CREATE-YOUR-OWN SERIES SUBSCRIBERS

A minimum of four performances must be purchased in order to qualify for 15% savings. Create-Your-Own Series orders are processed in the order they are received following the fulfillment of ticket orders by donors, returning subscribers and new regular subscribers. Create-Your-Own seating is for one season only and seats may be different for each performance.
