BOX OFFICE & LOBBY DURING SHOWS

  • Lobby doors open two hours prior to show time.
  • Theater doors open 30 minutes before show time.

TICKETS

  • All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
  • For pickup at will call, the person in whose name the tickets are held must show photo identification.

DIRECTIONS, TRAFFIC, PARKING & NEARBY RESTAURANTS

  • Get directions to the Gallo Center.
  • See where to park when you come to the Gallo Center.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • Learn how the Gallo Center makes its performances and facilities accessible to all patrons.

ATMs

  • The Gallo Center has an ATM adjacent to concessions in the Marie Damrell Gallo Grand Lobby.

PHOTOS, VIDEOS & AUDIO

  • Unless otherwise specified by the show, please avoid using audio and video recorders, cell phones, tablets and cameras inside either of the Center’s two venues. Unpermitted use of a device may lead to the device being confiscated or the guest may be asked to leave.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • Drinks and light snacks are available on all three lobby levels at the Gallo Center.
  • Food of any kind is prohibited inside the Gallo Center’s theaters. Soft drinks, beer and wine may be taken into the theaters if purchased with a special “Whirley Cup” (which cost $2 and may be re-used on future visits). Bottled water is permitted inside the theaters.

SMOKING

  • Smoking or using electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the Gallo Center and within 20 feet of the entrances.
