Print-at-Home Tickets

Print-at-Home

Print-at-Home tickets are a convenient, alternate way to receive tickets to events without waiting for tickets to arrive in the mail or having to wait in line to pick up tickets at the Ticket Office.

You simply choose "Print-at-Home" when selecting your shipping method during checkout when buying tickets online.

You will receive 2 emails, your normal email confirmation and a second email containing your Print-at-Home tickets. The tickets will be attached as 1 PDF file, just open the attachment and print your tickets (black & white is fine).

Done! Just bring the printouts of your tickets to the event and we will scan the bar codes on them.

Caution

A Print-at-Home ticket can be printed as many times as you need, however a barcode may only be scanned once for entry, so if you have many tickets on an order or multiple orders, please make sure that each page has a different barcode. If you arrive with multiple copies of the same Print-at-Home ticket, you may be unable to gain entry to the event. If you still have questions, please contact us at 209-338-2100 or 1-877-488-3380.

FAQs

I never received my tickets, what do I do?
Please check your Spam/Junk folders first. Sometimes emails with attachments get filtered to Spam/Junk folders. If you still haven't found our email, please contact us and have your order number handy. We will email it to you again in real time. If you still do not receive it we will hold the tickets for you in will call.
I got an email when I bought my ticket. Do I print that out?
No. Your email confirmation is simply that, a confirmation of your purchase that acts as a receipt. It has no barcode to scan and will not get you into the venue on the day or night of the show. The tickets you need to print out are in the attached file, not the body of the email.
I lost my ticket - can I print another copy?
Yes, but if you're worried someone might find and try to use it please contact us to get a replacement ticket with a brand-new barcode. That way only you can get in!
What is a PDF file? I can’t open the PDF!
PDF is a file format type used commonly for documents sent electronically. Most computers already have software installed to read a PDF file. If you cannot open the file you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or update to the newest version. Visit get.adobe.com/reader to make sure you have the latest version. If you are using a Mac with OS X or higher, a PDF viewer is built into the operating system, so there is nothing additional you need to download.
What is the cut-off time to buy Print-at-Home tickets?
You can buy them on the same day as the event, right up till an hour before show time. It's always best to buy early to get the best seat!
I bought a Print-at-Home ticket from someone online. Can I use it?
We cannot guarantee the validity of any order purchased by a 3rd party, nor can we give information out to anyone other than the original purchaser regarding an order. If you have purchased from a 3rd party you are doing so at your own risk.
I don't have a printer / my printer doesn't work!
Many public locations offer printing services and will allow you to print out your tickets, usually for a small charge. We suggest trying your local library, an office supply store such as Staples or Office Depot, or a shipping store like UPS or Kinko's. A friend or neighbor may also be able to print the tickets for you.
